New to FAST?

New swimmers will need to attend a placement trial to ensure we have them in the best group for their current age, skill, and strength level. 

*For children with additional needs to overcome their physical, cognitive or neurological challenges in the water, please contact [email protected] before signing up for a placement trial.

• 12 & Under: Contact the Lead Age Group Coaches @ [email protected] to schedule an evaluation.
• 13 & Over: Contact Associate Head Coach Ryan Callan @ [email protected] to schedule an evaluation.

Come Prepared!

• For Swimmers:
  Our coaching staff will be evaluating the swimmers in the water. Come prepared with a one-piece swim suit, cap, and goggles. Swim shirts are not permitted for evaluations. Evaluations typically take 20 minutes to complete, with 5 minutes being a short introduction to the team & coaching staff.
   
• For Parents:
  Please sign up prior to the day/time you plan to attend. These are NOT drop in evaluations. This will ensure we have the correct information for your athlete, as well as contact information for you to get them registered.

Please note that we cap each of our practice groups in order to provide the best possible learning and training situation for our swimmers.  In the event that a practice group reaches its cap number swimmers can be put on the waiting list.
